Hur kan vi hjälpa dig?

You know that when you contact SUMO you’ll get excellent support for all of your Mozilla related questions. And with the recent awesome 1.0 release milestone which provides solutions to hundreds of known Firefox problems and a way to get personal help, getting support can’t get much better.  Or can it?

What you might not know is that on the other end of the line, your support query is often handled by Scandinavian supermodels. Go to SUMO and find common questions like how to import Internet Explorer Favorites from another computer, and you might be fortunate to receive a message from someone like this:

  2. I can only imagine the spike in SUMO’s site traffic with this new layer of information. We might also want to make these a default back option for our biz cards.
